I stayed in a Junior Suite! The bathroom had a large, well-equipped design! The decor was very interesting throughout the hotel. I liked the artworks!
The service in the spa was friendly though the gym was a bit small.

Additional 'replacement' facilities were often broken. The WhatsApp group DIDN'T report broken facilities. There was no recompense for my membership. This was VERY frustrating.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The food service was of a high standard. Breakfast was really good with a great serving idea. Spa treatments provided excellent relaxation.

Our suite had character with sculptures around the space. One could take a walk across the grounds to the kitchen gardens. There we saw where vegetables are grown for dinner.

Every single staff member smiled at us, they chatted with us. and nothing was too much trouble. They wanted us to feel at home, and we did.

The grounds and spa facilities provided an amazing experience. We booked the Junior suite with a hot tub, it did not disappoint. The staff always had a smile and were very cute.

The hotel looks amazing! The rooms had fabulous decor. I loved the beautiful scents and immaculate cleanliness. Dinner was really good. I enjoyed every bite! Reception staff were so lovely and helpful. It was a joy to stay there.
I hope it reopens soon.

the ladies changing rooms felt pretty small. this area could use some improvements.
